Schools students defend environment in Cebu

A student police force has been created in the Philippines to defend the natural environment. About 3,000 school students from Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, will serve in the School Ecotourism Police Force. Organized by the Lapu-Lapu City Government and the University of San Jose-Recoletos, the elementary and high school students are expected to raise awareness of environmental issues and responsibility within the community.
