Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) has been awarded the five-star rating in the Major Airline category by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX). The APEX Five Star Airline Award and Four-Star Airline Awards reflect unbiased feedback from passengers and insights gathered through APEX’s partnership with TripIt® from Concur®, the world’s highest-rated travel-organizing app.
Over one million flights were rated by passengers across more than 600 airlines worldwide using a five-star scale for the 2024 Awards. The APEX Five-Star Airline Award and Four-Star Airline Award are independently certified by a professional external auditing company.
