Bali arrivals see slight decline in April

International arrivals to Bali showed signs of levelling off in April 2010, with monthly arrivals totalling 178,548 - a marginal decline compared to the 179,979 welcomed in April 2009. According to a BaliDiscovery.com report, cumulative arrivals January-April 2010 hit 729,734 - an increase of 13.1% over the same period in 2009, when arrivals totalled 645,061. The year-to-date growth was led by Australia, which saw a 61.1% increase in tourists to Bali in the first four months of the year, to 164,642.
