The partnership was celebrated with the release of 100 Wau Bulan kites at Jio World Gardens in Mumbai during Makar Sankranti, symbolising cultural unity through sports and travel.

Mumbai Indians' Head Coach, Mahela Jayawardene, attended the event alongside team representatives.

With a global fan base exceeding 55 million, the Mumbai Indians offer Malaysia Airlines a robust platform to engage with audiences across India and beyond.
