Abacus Branded Fares launched

Abacus International has launched Abacus Branded Fares with Malaysia Airlines.
In this first phase of the launch, travel agents in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei will have access to the branded fares for Malaysia Airlines on the Abacus GDS system for the routes within and between these markets.
“This allows airlines like Malaysia Airlines to emphasise the true value of their fares instead of being price focused. Both the airlines and travel agents are also able to have better yield management as travellers will be able to see the difference in service, seat location, extra baggage surcharges etc among the various fares and may choose to pay more for flexibility and additional offerings,” said Brett Henry, Abacus International VP Agency Marketing.
