Abu Dhabi Airport reports 36% growth

The Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) has released its monthly traffic figures for July, which show passenger numbers up 36.5% in the first seven months of the year, compared with the same period in 2007. The airport handled 5,092,307 passengers during the period.
“We are now well on course to welcome over nine million passengers through Abu Dhabi International Airport by the end of the calendar year,” said Rudy Vercelli, Chief Executive Officer of ADAC.
