Abu Dhabi group plans new hotels

Abu Dhabi-based hotel group, Vision Group, has announced a project to build seven luxury apartment hotels at a cost of AED700 million (US$190 million) in Abu Dhabi, as well as a five-star hotel in Bogota, Colombia.
Gulf News reported that Vision’s development plan 2009-2011 includes Vision Links, a cluster of three properties (Vision Link I, Vision Link II and Vision Link III), is expected to open in early 2010. Each property will offer a combination of luxuriously appointed suites, totalling 252. The other developments include the 240-suite Vision Meena (scheduled to open in 2010); 246-suite Vision Saraya (2011); 202-suite Vision Hydra Executive (2011); 211-suite Vision Hydra Corporate (2011); plus the 200-room Vision Cedar Bogota, which is due to open late this year.
