Accor and RateTiger have launched a two-way connection between the hotel company’s in-house central reservation system (CRS) and RateTiger’s integration gateway, RTConnect.
The solution is intended to offer Accor access to an increased number of sales channels. While Accor already has a wide range of connections, the company felt it was necessary to develop an alternative solution for local distributors. In addition RateTiger will help Accor properties maintain descriptive content by automatically updating all connected sites with requested information.
