This month, Carpe Diem Beach Club elevates its signature La Dolce Vita Sundays with an exclusive one-day collaboration with AESOPS Bangkok Greek Restaurant.
Everyone’s favourite social dining spot in Bangkok brings its signature bold theatrics to Phuket’s Bang Tao Beach, propelled by the celebratory spirit of Greek dining.
Taking place on Sunday, 25th January, this special edition of La Dolce Vita Sundays will transform Carpe Diem into an immersive Mediterranean-Greek brunch-to-pool-party experience.
Guests can expect sun-drenched seaside indulgence, live culinary performances, interactive rituals, and high-energy entertainment set against Phuket’s most iconic beachfront backdrop.
Carpe Diem Beach Club co-founder Benny De Bellis says of the upcoming event: “La Dolce Vita Sundays has always been about celebrating life at its most joyful, through food, music, and shared moments by the sea. Collaborating with AESOPS Bangkok adds a new layer of energy and theatre to the experience. Greek dining is bold, passionate, and deeply social, which aligns beautifully with the spirit of Carpe Diem. This one-day-only collaboration is about creating something immersive, unexpected, and unforgettable for our guests.”
Likewise, AESOPS Bangkok founder John Gamvros remarked: “The AESOPS Bangkok x La Dolce Vita Sundays collaboration with Carpe Diem is about showcasing Greek cuisine beyond the plate. From live-fire cooking to ritual and movement, we’re bringing the traditions of Greek celebration to both new audiences and to those who know and love AESOPS Bangkok, reimagined in a completely new, beachside setting. Carpe Diem provides the perfect environment to express the craft, drama, and heritage that define what we do at AESOPS Bangkok.”

Classic flavours in a lively setting
From 12 to 3 PM, AESOPS Bangkok will curate a dedicated Greek-inspired live cooking corner designed to complement Carpe Diem’s renowned Mediterranean buffet brunch.
Signature highlights include flaming Kefalograviera saganaki finished with honey, refreshing Ouzo lemon spritzes, traditional Greek plate-smashing rituals, and lively Greek dance moments that invite guests into the celebration.
Music sets the rhythm of the day with a special guest DJ performance by Mark Di Meo, guiding the atmosphere from relaxed midday grooves through golden hour and into sunset-driven pool party energy from 3 PM until late, including a dramatic fire show along the shoreline.
The AESOPS Bangkok x La Dolce Vita Sundays collaboration is sponsored by DRock Champagne, Clase Azul Tequila, Aperol, Titos Vodka, and Jose Cuervo tequila.
