The AIME 2010 prospectus containing important information regarding next year’s event is now available to download from the AIME website: (http://www.aime.com.au/en/exhibiting/download-prospectus/)
“I encourage anyone interested in exhibiting at AIME 2010 including past exhibitors and companies looking to participate for the first time to download the prospectus today,” said Event Director, Rosemarie Sama.
“After a record breaking 2009 event we expect AIME to continue to grow in 2010. Our audited figures show that this year AIME attracted 298 new exhibiting companies out of a record total of 854 exhibitors. With 92% of all exhibitors surveyed intending to exhibit again next year, we believe re-bookings and new bookings will continue to rise in 2010,” Ms Sama said.
AIME 2009 audited results showed an increase in total attendance by 10% to 3,581, including 467 Hosted Buyers and 71 media.
Melbourne Convention + Visitors Bureau CEO Ms Sandra Chipchase said: “AIME has grown to become one of the most significant meeting and incentive events in the world, generating enormous business opportunities for Melbourne, Australia and the Asia Pacific. To miss AIME is to lose one of the key marketing and sales events on the Asia Pacific calendar where business, networking and education combine for the benefit of the entire industry.”
AIME 2010, 18th Asia-Pacific Incentives & Meetings Expo, will be held on 2 & 3 March at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Australia.
AIME (www.aime.com.au) is organised by Reed Travel Exhibitions (RTE) on behalf of the Melbourne Convention + Visitors Bureau. RTE organises 14 events worldwide.
