Air Arabia launches flights to Athens

Low-cost carrier Air Arabia has launched direct services from to Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport in Athens. The Gulf News reported that the airline will serve the Greek capital three times a week from its base in Sharjah, UAE.
Athens becomes Air Arabia’s first destination in a European Union country and the third destination on the European continent. In total, Air Arabia now serves 46 destinations globally.
