An Air India service was forced to make an emergency landing at Thiruvananthapuram airport shortly after take-off on Thursday last week. The AI 915 Thiruvananthapuram-Dammam flight was carrying 82 passengers and crew when a technical problem forced the Dammam-bound service. The aircraft landed 40 minutes after take-off when a crew member spotted a problem with the cabin door reports PTI. The Air Bus 310 landed safely again at Thiruvananthapuram though passengers received a bit of a scare when a tyre burst on landing.
