Latvian airline airBaltic has recorded its best month in history after posting a load factor of 80%. The airline carried 377, 914 passengers in July, up 3% compared to July last year, and matches an 8% rise in passengers travelling through Riga airport. The carrier’s 80% load factor, an increase of 4%, was achieved through a 3% reduction in flights operated during the time, as well as more demand. During the first seven months of 2011 airBaltic has carried 7% more passengers than this time last year.
