airBaltic sign code share agreement with Transaero

Latvian national airline airBaltic has signed a cooperation agreement with Transaero to offer convenient connections via Moscow Domodedovo to destinations in Russia, Central Asia and Far East. The new agreement will enable airBaltic passengers to reach such destinations as Kazan, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Yekaterinburg, Tomsk and Vladivostok. In addition, passengers will have convenient connections to Central Asian destinations including Astana, Almaty and Bukhara. “We are happy to sign this agreement with Transaero as it allows us to offer attractive ticket prices for flights to destinations in Russia, Central Asia and Far East, while Transaero passengers will find it convenient to travel to Riga and beyond to Europe, Scandinavia and the Middle East,” added Tero Taskila, chief commercial officer of airBaltic.
