The Thai boutique resort, Aleenta Hua Hin – Pranburi has opened a new organic farm. The resort’s Head Chef, David Heidemann has been appointed to manage the farm and oversee a new range of personal dining options for guests.
The organic farm will grow a full range of produce including herbs, fruits and vegetables, using internationally-recognised standards for sustainable soil cultivation, growth management and pesticide-free production. The new menu programme meanwhile, involves guests consulting Chef David and personally choosing what they would like to eat before having it prepared.
“We have always sought to do something different from the very moment we started developing the property, whether it’s introducing cutting-edge technology or instilling a calmness and simplicity to the resort’s facilities,” said Akaryn Hospitality Management Services’ Managing Director & Founder, Anchalika Kijkanakorn.
“We have sought to create a special experience once again through the introduction of a much healthier, naturally produced and sustainable source of food, combined with the excellent skills of Chef David, who will personally meet all guests and work with them to explore what they’d like to eat. There’s no ask that will be too much.”
Aleenta Hua Hinb-bPranburi is located two and a half hours drive south of Bangkok. To promote tranquillity and relaxation there are no TVs in the rooms.
