Royal Caribbean International’s (RCI) Allure of the Seas will have a 3D movie screen when it is launched in December. Mexican restaurant Rita’s Cantina will open in the Boardwalk neighbourhood, along with The Boardwalk Dog House, an outdoor hot-dog speciality counter selling hot dogs, wieners, brats and sausages. Fashion label GUESS will open a flagship sea store on the ship. Guest service kiosks will spring up across the ship where visitors can view, print or email their SeaPass account or calendar as well as check-in and print airline boarding passes. Each stateroom will be fitted with an iPod dock. “Allure of the Seas will offer guests a new set of onboard amenities and entertainment and dining options that will help make a most memorable cruise,” said RCI Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations Lisa Bauer. Other ships in RCI’s fleet will have 3D screens in the future.
