American Airlines suspends Tokyo flights

American Airlines has announced that it will suspend two daily flights to Japan from 6-26 April. The US carrier will temporarily cancel its services connecting Tokyo’s Narita airport with both Dallas/Fort Worth and New York’s JFK airport. During the suspension, American’s trans-Pacific partner, Japan Airlines, will continue to serve Narita from New York, Dallas/Fort Worth, Chicago and Los Angeles, as well as operating flights between San Francisco and Haneda.
