Delhi leads Asia Pacific hotel development

The hotel development pipeline in the Asia Pacific hit 1,373 hotels with a room inventory of 327,630 units in October. According to STR Global, New Delhi ended the month with the largest expected growth of 43.6%, while Mumbai’s hotel supply is expected to rise +22.5%. Other markets to report a significant growth in supply include Manila (+30.0%), Bali (+19.3%) and Jakarta (+17.3%).
