A 24-hour strike by pilots and cabin crew at All Nippon Airways (ANA) has forced the Japanese carrier to cancel or delay more than 150 domestic flights, ChannelNews Asia reported. No international flights were affected by the action, which took place yesterday. A spokesman for the carrier was reported saying that it had cancelled 137 domestic flights and delayed 30, affecting 9,400 passengers.
The strikes were a result of pay and training disputes, negotiations for which broke down earlier this week, the report added.
