APT & Travelmarvel has launched its 2026 Europe Collection, featuring enhancements to its luxury and premium River Cruises on the continent’s most iconic waterways, and new Small Group Journeys in Portugal, Spain and Italy.
Building on this year's exciting fleet elevations – which included the introduction of APT's ultra-luxury, architect-designed Ostara and Solara, and Travelmarvel’s MS Estrela on the Douro River – the brand will be introducing a fourth Travemarvel Contemporary River Ship in 2026, the Rigel, named after the brightest star in the Orion constellation. Sister to the five-star Trustpilot rated Polaris, Capella and Vega vessels, the Rigel will be built to the same design, offering the same modern, state-of-the-art facilities and outstanding service when she launches in April 2026.

This cruise focuses on Eastern Europe during an in-depth exploration of the Danube towards the Black Sea. Explore Belgrade and sail through the Iron Gates, marvel at Bulgaria’s natural wonders, and admire Bucharest’s architecture.
Back by popular demand is APT’s luxurious Western Front Explorer River Cruise, Amsterdam return. Operating a one-off departure on 13 March 2026 to coincide with the memorial date, the 15-day itinerary immerses guests in World War I history, taking in the Somme battlefields, Fromelles, Ypres and Passchendaele, plus Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp.
