Marriott International in order to cater to its increasing Arabic clientele has launched its new Arabic website.
The portal host of online functions and important hotel information in Arabic titled arabic.marriott.com. The new portal allows Arab customers – not only in the Middle East but also those residing elsewhere – to search for hotel rooms and make a reservation in their local language.
Alex Kyriakidis, president and managing director Marriott International Middle East and Africa, said: “The launch of this Arabic language website makes it more convenient and accessible for our Arabic speaking customers around the world. We currently have over US$100 million of revenue booked annually via marriott.com in Arabic speaking countries and clearly recognize the role that online technology is playing in everyday lives.”
Through its main portal , users can access home pages for more than 3,800 hotels globally.
