Travelport GDS has launched its ASK Galileo Incentive campaign to woo Galileo-connected agents in Asia-Pacific.
ASK Galileo is a free online, self-help service for Galileo-connected agents and is accessed by more than 12,000 agents across the world. It is available in several languages and its content has doubled since the service was launched.
The purpose of this campaign is to increase the agent’s awareness of its benefits such as instant responses to frequently asked questions,” said spokesman Jamie Paterson.
“The tool also allows our service centre to focus on customers who may have a more intricate query and require one-on-one consulting or assistance.”
The campaign - ending April 28 – features a contest that offers agents the chance to win five hotel packages sponsored by Worldhotels.
