Azamara announces Asian voyages for 2012

Azamara Club Cruises has unveiled 54 itineraries ranging from five to 16 nights, due to set sail between March 2012 and February 2013, aboard its Azamara Journey and Azamara Quest liners.
In Asia, the Azamara Journey will follow ancient spice trade routes between the Indian sub-continent and East Asia, starting with a 13-night ‘Spice Coast & Ceylon’ voyage from Mumbai to Chennai, departing 29 November 2012. The voyage will include overnight stays in Goa, Kochi and Chennai, as well as maiden calls in the Maldives and the Sri Lankan cities of Colombo and Galle.
Following this on 12 December 2012, the ship will embark on an 11-night ‘Burma & Andaman Sea Isles’ voyage, including a two-night stay and maiden call at Yangon, before sailing on to Singapore. On 23 December 2012, Azamara Journey will embark on a 14-night ‘Southeast Asia’ voyage to Hong Kong, offering two-night calls at Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City and an overnight stay in Halong Bay.
