Banyan Tree revamps privileges programme
Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts has revamped its privileges programme to reward agent members who secure bookings at its properties.The Travel Consultants (XTC) programme was launched last month to recognise and motivate top-producing travel agents and is available through a qualifying selection process or by invitation. The 2010 XTC programme is a three tiered reward system to provide different benefits at each stage. XTC Classic is valid with at least one booking and gives members a 50% discount on room rates, dining and spa treatments at all Banyan Tree hotels. When members gain 250 points they qualify for the XTC Deluxe reward, where member receive 75% off rooms.
