Bear attacks tourists in Japan

An Asian black bear has attacked tourists at a bus station in central Japan, the BBC has reported. Four people were seriously injured when the 1.3m bear entered the bus terminal and a souvenir shop at Takayama, Gifu prefecture. Employees then trapped it inside the shop, and the bear was shot dead.
