Asia based management firm Boutique Hospitality Management (BHMAsia) has signed a strategic partnership contract with China-based Miracle Moment Hospitality Management – allowing it to enter the Chinese market.
Miracle Management has a presence in over 10 cities in China and Asia including Shanghai, Shenzchen, Manila, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
The agreement, which was signed at the Ramada Plaza Gateway in Shanghai, was overseen by the CEO of each company; Anthony McDonald of BHMAsia and Michael Zhang for Miracle.
I am very excited for the expansion to the Grand China as the economy in this region is booming
In essence the contract allows Miracle to franchise BHMAsia’s brands within China, such as X2 – Cross To, Away, Le Bayburi, Yan Spa and Case Hotels.
“Our management team is committed to enhancing growth and value for BHMAsia, and we look forward to the cooperation with The Miracle Moment group which is a well-respected hospitality management company in China with various successful projects in Asia Pacific including this Ramada Plaza Shanghai Gateway where the signing ceremony was held. I am very excited for the expansion to the Grand China as the economy in this region is booming and there is a clear shortage of design and boutique type hospitality management expertise. I can see the potential growth for the boutique hospitality business here,” said Anthony McDonald, CEO of BHMAsia.
