Canada is set to host the 16th annual World Route Development Forum, the global meeting place for airlines and airports. The event will be held at the new Vancouver Convention Centre from 19 - 21 September. The latest airline registrations include Qatar Airways, Airtran, US Airways, FlyDubai, Egyptair, CSA Czech Airlines, Martinair Holland Pax, GOL and Hong Kong Airlines. Meanwhile, airport registrations include Wroclaw Airport, Bermuda International Airport, Anchorage International Airport, Billund Airport, TAV Airports and Verona & Brescia Airports. Nigel Mayes, Managing Director at Routes, said:”We are really pleased with the airline registrations for World Routes - almost 200 airline delegates have already signed up. Furthermore, it is encouraging to see many of these carriers bringing larger delegations to ensure that they can cover all of their meeting requests and accommodate the different types of meetings being undertaken; from market information gathering to in-depth negotiations.”
