Carlson has announced the further expansion of its Radisson Blu portfolio in Asia Pacific with the signing of the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit. The 290-room contemporary hotel is located near Sukhumvit Road’s Soi 27, close to Phom Phong and Asok BTS Skytrain stations and the Sukhumvit MRT subway station.
“This exciting addition of the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Bangkok aligns with our plans to expand Radisson Blu as a vibrant, contemporary and engaging first-class brand in Asia Pacific,” said Simon C. Barlow, President of Carlson Hotels, Asia Pacific.
The hotel, which is owned by G&P Asset Holdings, is currently under construction and scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2013.
