CEB flight makes emergency landing
A Cebu Pacific passenger aircraft bound for the popular holiday resort, Boracay, has been forced to make an emergency landing at Manila, Xinhua has reported.
The ATR72-500 plane carrying 53 passengers returned to Manila Airport yesterday morning, about 10 minutes after taking off from the Philippine capital. The report cites English trouble as the cause of the problem.
“All the 53 passengers were given travel vouchers and took another flight to leave Manila two hours later,” a company statement was reported to say.
