Wanda Hotels & Resorts has opened a new luxury hotel in Dongying, a city in Shandong province.
The new Wanda Realm Dongying, which launched on 15 August, becomes the 76th hotel owned and managed by Wanda and the 29th under the Wanda Realm brand.
Located at the Wanda Plaza, a commercial complex in the centre of Dongying, the new hotel features 285 rooms and suites, plus four F&B outlets including a restaurant specialising in Cantonese and Shandong cuisine.
Other facilities include an indoor swimming pool, gym, and spa facilities, plus seven function spaces, including a huge 1,200m² ballroom with an 80m2 LED screen.
“Dongying city enjoys a strategic geographic location at the intersection of the Bohai Sea and Yellow River economic belt, making it a key area of growth for investment and development,” said Peter Wang, manager of Wanda Realm Dongying.
