The Hilton Beijing Wangfujing is offering a clear solution to customers in its Macanese restaurant, Vasco’s. The hotel has employed Beijing’s first ‘water master’ offering guests expert opinions about their choice of H2O.
Forest Zhao is an expert in analyzing water for brightness, clarity and viscosity, and recommends the perfect food pairings, stemware suggestions, and optimum serving temperatures for both still and sparkling waters.
“Many people think that all bottled waters taste the same,” said Zhao. “But this of course is untrue; like fine wine, natural waters come from a unique source, they have terroir, a legend and often a long history attached to it.”
