Conrad Macao Cotai Central will turn pink next month in support of breast cancer awareness and research.
Under the ‘Pink Inspired 2016’ campaign, the hotel’s façade will turn pink from 1-31 October as part of the Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s ‘Pink Revolution’ campaign.
And the theme will continue inside the resort, with all floral arrangements and decorations turning pink throughout October, and staff and management adding a dash of colour to their uniforms.
Donation boxes will be set up in the hotel, allowing guests to pledge their support. Alternative, they can purchase pink merchandise, make a MOP10 (US$1.20) donation upon check-out, book a pink afternoon tea or dine on a special pink menu at the restaurant.
“Breast cancer is the most prevalent form of the disease among women around the world, regardless of age,” said Bede Barry, vice president of hotel operations. “With this in mind, we are proud to once again lend Conrad Macao’s support to the Pink Revolution campaign as a Diamond Sponsor for the fourth year running.
“By holding the event we are fortunate to be surrounded by many caring and charitable team members, management and guests, helping to raise both awareness of breast cancer and funds to support the services offered by the Cancer Fund.”
The hotel has also created a special pink room upgrade package. CLICK HERE to find out more.
