Hilton Worldwide its set to launch its first Conrad on the Thai resort island of Koh Samui later this year. Set among 10 hectares of land, the Conrad Koh Samui will feature 80 free-standing one- and two-bedroom pool villas, all with spa-style bathrooms, infinity pools, private balconies and views over the ‘five islands’ and Angthong National Park. In-villa amenities will also include espresso machines and gourmet mini-bars as well as LCD flat-screen satellite TVs, iPod docking stations, CD/DVD players and high-speed internet.
F&B facilities at the new resort will include a private wine cellar and three venues: the cliff-top fine dining restaurant ‘Jahn’; Mediterranean-style Zest which features live cooking stations; and the Glow lounge bar. Other resort features include a spa, Turtle Kid’s Club, and large private meeting space and events lawn.
