ABTA has revealed that it has received fewer consumer complaints concerning its members in the last year. In its code of conduct report, the association said it received 12, 504 complaints compared to 18, 431 in the previous period. The top complaint categories regarded poor accommodation, the service offered, misleading advice and administrative problems. ABTA issued 51 fines of
