China Airlines’ flights to Rome will transit via Delhi, rather than Bangkok, with immediate effect, Taiwan News reported the carrier as saying. The Taipei-based airline operates three flights a week to the Italian capital. The route change is expected to cut flight times by an hour, the report said. China Airlines has begun recruiting Indian cabin crew to serve the new routing.
