Day 1
On touchdown in India, your amazing journey begins with contrasting experiences in the ancient Mughal city of Old Delhi and the Imperial British Raj’s New Delhi. Overnight in the art deco Imperial Hotel.
Day 2
A short flight then whisks you to Agra, and the wondrous Taj Mahal at dawn; guaranteed to be an emotionally-charged experience. Overnight in the luxurious Oberoi Amarvilas with a view of the Taj Mahal.
Day 3
Continue to the fascinating world heritage sites of Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri before flying on to Jaipur. Spend two nights in the Taj Group’s splendidly grand and historical Rambagh Palace.
Day 4
“Namaste” and welcome to the state of Rajasthan as you explore the “Pink City” of Jaipur. Having driven past Hawa Mahal, Palace of the Winds, you’ll ascend by elephant to the architectural marvel, the majestic Amber Fort. Your private tour then continues with a visit to the opulent Maharaja’s City Palace.
Day 5
On your penultimate day, another short flight by private jet brings you to Udaipur, reputed to be India’s most romantic city. Enchanting white marble palaces, blue lakes and green hills create a colourful vista as you are guided around the superb city palace and museum. Overnight in Devigarh, an exquisitely restored and contemporary furnished 18th Century Fort in the Aravalli Hills outside of Udaipur.
Day 6
On your last day in India either enjoy the hotel’s superb facilities or venture to Eklingji Temple. An afternoon flight lands you in Bangkok in time for dinner.
