Dubai, Beijing pen tourism MoU

The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) and Beijing Tourism Administration (BTA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enlarge the scope of mutual cooperation in the tourism sector.
The MoU was signed by the DTCM Director General, Khalid A bin Sulayem (pictured left) and BTA Director General, Zhang Huiguang (right) at the DTCM head office. The agreement covers, among other things, exchange of information pertaining to policies related to tourism development, investment opportunities in tourism, identifying bottlenecks in the expansion of tourism traffic and recommending ways to facilitate the flow of tourist traffic in the two countries.
