EasyJet has announced it will launch three new routes from Manchester Airport taking the number of destinations offered from the airport to 50.
On sale today, the routes will be bookable via the app and website with the first flights taking off from May next year. Joining easyJet’s already comprehensive line up of destinations from the airport are Croatian hot spot Dubrovnik, Spanish favourite Granada which lies in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains and the Greek coastal town of Preveza.
Across the new routes the airline is expected to fly 31,000 passengers a year from the airport, operating twice a week to each.
Ali Gayward, Commercial Manager at easyJet, said: “We have seen increasing passenger numbers and demand year on year at Manchester Airport and are pleased to be continuing this trend with the addition of another three routes for our passengers flying from Manchester. Dubrovnik overlooks the waters of the Adriatic, it’s famed for being a walled city with recent UNESCO world heritage status and offers easyJet customers flying from Manchester a great summer holiday destination.
“Providing access to the famed Sierra Nevada mountains, Granada offers plenty to explore whilst Preveza is summer favourite immersed in history and a popular boating and yachting destination with a beautiful Ionian coastline to explore.
“The three new routes on sale today further bolster our summer destinations on offer to customers in the region.”
