easyJet holidays enhances trade portal for agents

easyJet holidays has introduced a new 'Manage Holiday' function for its travel agent partners, enabling them to amend customer bookings directly via the trade portal. This enhancement aims to provide agents with greater flexibility and control over holiday arrangements, allowing for seamless updates on behalf of their customers.

The package holiday provider, which collaborates with over 7,000 travel agents, now allows these partners to make a variety of booking amendments. These include changing holiday dates and flight times, making name changes, and adjusting transfers and seating arrangements. Notably, agents can make transfers and name changes free of charge, whilst other amendments incur a reduced fee of £25 per person when processed online, compared to £40 through the Trade Support Team.
