Easy (Ez) Revenue Management Solutions Ltd (EasyRMS) has announced a new technology partner in the Asia Pacific region – Taiwan-based Fashion Information Technology Co Ltd.
Fashion has been providing hotel solutions to the Taiwanese market for more than 24 years, offering turnkey software and network solutions to the hospitality industry. They were initially referred to EasyRMS by a prospect client who has been working with Fashion for many years.
“The prospect was impressed with our solutions and suggested to Fashion that they review the feasibility of reselling our solutions in Taiwan,” said Christine Liu, EasyRMS Country Manager for China, who orchestrated the agreement with Paul Margaillan, EasyRMS CEO.
Fashion will now market the EzRMS Internet Product Suite to new hotel clients in the region. General Manager, Harris Wang, said; “I think the EzRMS system will have huge development opportunities in Asia.” He notes that no other revenue management provider was considered. “This technology can transform the management thinking of Taiwanese hotels, and we look forward to offering it as part of our hotel solutions package.”
The partnership is now being handled by the firm’s Director of Sales for Asia Pacific, Josephine Poh, who said; “Fashion is a seasoned technology consulting firm to the hospitality industry and immediately recognised how our solutions can generate real benefits for their customers. They are very keen to get involved to provide that value-add. Fashion is highly respected in the market and EasyRMS have a market-leading RMS solution. The two companies soon saw this synergy and penned the partnership agreement.
“Having expanded by over 50% in 2010, this new partnership is in line with the continuous expansion of our global footprint, leveraging our remarkable success so far,” says Josephine. “We now operate out of 12 global offices, with more than 700 hotels in 47 countries. This new agreement will further enhance our reputation as a global leader in the provision of revenue management solutions and we look forward to welcoming new clients from Taiwan with the help of Fashion Information Technology,” she added.
