Emirates begins A380 services to South Korea

The world’s largest passenger jet touched down in South Korea for the first time on Monday, with the launch of Emirate’s first Airbus A380 services to Seoul, Gulf News has reported. A high-level delegation, including Emirates President Tim Clark, was greeted at Incheon International Airport by CW Lee, President and CEO of Incheon International Airport Corp, as well as over 120 government dignitaries and media. Emirates will initially served the route three times a week, rising to daily from 27 December, the report said. Seoul is Emirates’ sixth A380 destination.
