The Abu Dhabi-based airline said that its planes were on average 65 percent full – a figure often considered an industry benchmark for an airline’s break-even point.
Last Friday, the airline registered its best-ever one-day performance, a spokesperson told the English daily Gulf News.
“On Aug 3, we saw a record all time achievement of a network wide flown seat factor totalling 88 percent full with 16,959 passengers carried,” the spokesperson was quoted saying.
