Etihad Airways has now rolled out its ‘Inspired Service’ in Coral (economy) class on more than 40 of the airline’s 62 global routes.
The ‘Inspired Service’ provides customers with a greater choice of meals, a more personal style of service from cabin crew, larger pillows, travel packs for guests on overnight flights and special support for families, including entertainment packs for children.
The service has already been implemented in the airline’s premium cabins and also as a ground service at the airline’s Abu habi hub.
“When we defined the ‘Inspired Service’ philosophy we listened to what our customers across all cabin classes looked for in-flight and on the ground, such as a more personalised service tailored to individual requirements,” said: Etihad Airways Chief Commercial Officer, Peter Baumgartner.
Etihad is currently promoting the Inspired Service to visitors to the UAE’s top shopping malls, offering interactive display units as well as games and competitions.
