Exotissimo Travel has revamped its portfolio of adventure products with the addition of seven new and improved programmes in Cambodia. The DMC has redesigned a number of established tours and created two new products. The four-day ‘Siem Reap Cycling Tour’ replaces the existing Cycling Angkor product, with new cultural elements including a private Buddhist ceremony. As well as this, clients are able to visit the temples of Wat Roun where they will spend the evening in tented accommodation. They will then rise early to witness monks receiving their morning alms.
One of the new products is the ‘Cambodia Grand Adventure Tour’ that entails an extensive journey across the country to engage in Khmer culture, engaging participants in a number of environments.
Exotissimo Cambodia’s Adventure Manger, David King, said; “We have worked hard to create both new and revitalized itineraries that reward travellers with authentic insights and new and intriguing perspectives. This really is a great country to explore, both for it’s intrepid landscape and fascinating history. We’re particularly excited about the Ream Jungle to Beach to Experience which offers clients the opportunity to enjoy some undisturbed beach time, an increasingly rare feat in a rapidly developing Southeast Asia. The program goes back to basics offering comfortable and well-equipped tented accommodation on the beach, while days combine jungle exploration with unparalleled exploration. Here, we have a truly unique product, that brings travelers into contact with Cambodia’s impressive natural environs”.
The ‘Angkor Hike and Bike’ tour meanwhile, has been shortened by one day, while the ‘Trek Angkor’ has gained one.
