Admin cum HR Assistant (1-Year Contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in all HR administration duties, not limited to Time Management System Admin/ Maintenance (door access system), training administration & documentation, insurance claim administration, update of intranet system and etc.
• Provide support for departmental project
• Backup support for front desk / reception duties
• Data Entry and general filing
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of general administrative / HR Administrative experience
• Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent qualification
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, independent and self-driven
• Possess positive work attitude and willing to learn
• Able to start work on short notice would be an advantage
