About the Opportunity
This role is responsible for supporting and coaching our Flight Centre Travel Group Ticketing business with expert advice, whilst ensuring the fulfilment of airline documents and associated functions is delivered with exceptional service.
They are able to effectively communicate, problem solve and find solutions to complex queries. They hold the relationship with our Independent division and are the final escalation point for our customers, demonstrating fantastic customer service.
What You Will Be Doing
Ticketing and Refunds knowledge support (Product, Ticketing, Customers)
New ticketing processes to pilot prior to transition to Ticketing business
Customer relationship management
Query management / resolution of complex consultant and Ticketing support escalations
Maintain brand relationships
Manage customer service level agreements with Ticketing business
About You
Essential
Strong airfare and process knowledge
Minimum 3 years experience in Ticketing and Refunds – Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport (Galileo)
Exceptional customer service skills
High level of accuracy within set timeframes
Desirable
BSP Reconciliation
TIN system knowledge
Fares and Ticketing I & II
Cert III – Travel & Tourism
