A great opportunity has arisen to break into travel and join the European Corporate Land team at Flight Centre Travel Group. With travel returning to pre-pandemic levels, we’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and assist in driving the commercial performance of the business. This role gives opportunities to work with stakeholders across FCM and Corporate Traveller, with hotels and hotel chains directly and with our commission collections partner Onyx. Reporting to the head of corporate land, you will have ownership and the ability to drive positive change across the European corporate business. The role involves analysing hotel booking data, our existing commission collection process, continually looking for ways to improve the collection rate, working with external partners whilst becoming the lead expert within the business.

Salary: £26,000-£30,000 (depending on experience) plus annual company bonus
Working hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to WFH (60/40) as per company policy
