About the Role
The Inside Sales Manager’s direct revenue generation from their designated area will contribute to the overall business’ development and expansion plans of The Travel Junction brand.
You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with existing clients; optimise adoption to the new platform (HELiO) for existing clients and solicit new clients to register to HELiO.
You will also transact sales and close sales agreements with e-registration clients.
This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
Main Functions
Acquisition of e-registration clients
Follow up low potential accounts to meet sales targets
Update sales activities using the Salesforce CRM system (calls, opportunities)
50 outbound calls per week to existing/new clients to develop long-trusted relationships
Analyse KPIs to identify new opportunities within existing clients
Managing a portfolio of approx. 400 accounts
Assist clients in the most important issues related to HTML; Product; Payments; Changes; Refunds; Vouchers; Customer Support escalations
Manage distribution of promotional material – EDM’s and ad hoc promotional offers to optimise sales conversion
About You
Strong experience in sales and account relationship management
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales or administrative role in a travel-related retail or wholesale environment
Intermediate knowledge of travel reservation/booking systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of interpersonal skills and ability to interact at a high level
