MIXOLOGIST / BARTENDER
YOUR AWESOME JOB
• To design an exciting & unique cocktails menu
• To be trend oriented & inventive in your cocktail creation (recipes, glasswares, food pairing)
• To possess a thorough knowledge of the menu and allergens, wine list, cocktails, coffees and other alcoholic and non alcoholic Beverages.
• To be a people person, able to talk to customers from all walks of life
• To assume full responsibility of the Bar Operation (stock ordering, relevant task Checklists and cleaning schedules)
• To control the drink cost, stock and weekly & monthly inventory
• To train and manage fellow bar employees
• To monitor the training & quality of the whole bar
• To ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanness
YOU
• passionate about hospitality & trendy concept
• Cocktail & spirits geek
• Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills
• a bit in love with France & its food & drinks pleasures
• 2-3 years experience managing social media platforms or communities for a F&B brand is a must
• Previous experience as Head Bartender in a reputable food service establishment for 1 years
• Participation in local/global Cocktails Competitions is an advantage
