Based in Auckland, you will be joining our small, Security team that is highly collaborative, inclusive, progressive and, above all, passionate about the services we provide. At the core of this role your mission will be to ensure that our digital assets are protected from unauthorised access or malicious action.
Taking on this challenge will see you be responsible for conducting security assessments, analysing and resolving security incidents, threats, and trends, as well as provide visibility, reports and assurance to stakeholders.
You will need to bring an entrepreneurial spirit as well as a love and fascination for the ever-evolving SecOps landscape.
The role in a nutshell:
Maintain security posture for FCNZ businesses
Apply security controls, using operational processes and procedures
Align businesses with PCI-DSS, Data Privacy, NZISM and ISO27001
Incident response actions across multiple environments and technologies, including working with partners and vendors.
Work alongside, implement and support Security leader on Projects, Privacy, Policies and other security matters as part of a high performing team
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
An understanding of the Essential 8 and how to apply controls and assess risk
Exposure to Security Incident Management Compliance and Information Security Risk Management
Demonstrated knowledge of security practices:
Ethical Hacking (Pentesting), Intrusion Prevention, Incident Response, Forensics, MITRE Framework and Vulnerability
Familiarity with security technologies that are commonly used to detect or prevent security incidents. (e.g., firewalls, load balancers, WAFs, IDS/IDP and PKI).
Working knowledge of operational systems
Working knowledge of travel management systems desirable
